na fali "sukcesu" blanki (kwiatowej niekoszuli) rzuciłam się w wir szyciowej pracy. w szafie pojawiły się dwa nowe materiały. wzorzyste. wiadomo! piękne są. nie miałam konkretnych dla nich planów. przeszukałam burdy, internety i cóż, jak zwykle skończyło się na makemylemonade. po pierwsze, wykrój w wersji pdf był, i nadal jest, do pobrania za darmo. po drugie, sukienka nie wymaga mega umiejętności. jest łatwa i sympatyczna. istnieją dwie wersje : z dekoltem w łódkę i z rozpinanym przodem. od początku miałam na oku wersję guzikową, ale ale! ograniczenia materiałowe trochę pokrzyżowały moje ambitne plany. następnym razem postaram się dobrze przemyśleć i zaplanować cały szyciowy proces, tzn wybrać idealny wykrój i dopiero potem wyhaczyć materiał.
w wersji końcowej frida prezentuje się jako słoneczna, mocno oversizowa sukienka bez paska. dla mnie bomba!

work. work. work. i threw myself into hard work. on the wave of my last personal success. bianca. i mean. my floral nonshirt. i bought new fabrics some time ago. beautifully patterned. obviously! but i didn't have any specific sewing plans. or visions. i looked for the inspiration in burdas. on the internet. it wasn't easy. well. it all ended on makemylemonade. as usual. the choice of this sewing blog/site was quite clear. firstly, the pdf pattern was, and still is, free. secondly, the dress is extremely easy. accessible for the beginners. cute. there are two different versions of frida. with a front placket. and with a boat neck. i wanted to test the buttoned version (ambitious) but! i realized i didn't have enough fabric. what a shame! but this is just how it is. next time i'll think everything through more carefully. i'll try to choose the pattern before picking up the perfect fabric. logical, no?
the final version of frida is way better than i imagined. sunny. oversized. pretty damn good!
